What can I say about a great experience when buying a new car! If you’ve EVER had a bad experience buying a car, this is where you want to go! These fine folks will treat you good and with respect! Very willing to give you a good deal! Mr. Andrew Atrell is a great guy who’s customer service skills are top notch! Our sales rep TJ also behaved very provisional and were able and shilling to always help out and ensure that we got what we wanted! Do go in and get a great deal! If you’ve been all around the GTA and haven’t felt like you were treated right, go see these fine human beings!
I had my car detailed today at Attrell Toyota in Brampton by Seamus and the car was cleaned to perfection. Poor Service will never visit this dealer ship Again. They will not tell you half of things and will just mark on paper and take money. Service advisor are worst will sell you anything even if you don’t need it and other dealerships will not even recommend that. Still waiting for a manger call back from last 4 days after trying to get hold of someone. Hopefully owner call me now. *****update this dealership will also charge you way more so better check somewhere else
