Horrible experience with their warranty plan and store service. Couch frame broke within 2 years. 3rd part deals with warranty and get this....they would not fixed it as we said it happened over a month ago and you can only get it fixed if you said within 2 weeks. I went back and fourth with the store and 3rd party warranty and not one person fixed the issue. They just care about the sale and that's it. First off a couch shouldn't break under 2 years and then you wont fix it cause we said it was broken a month ago and not two weeks??? It was still under warranty!!! Branch manager at store could care less, even after I told him I need to order a new bedset and if they resolved the issue properly, I would give them my business. Beware stay away from Ashley as quality and service are insulting.

Awesome furniture options for any room in the house! Before lock down I loved browsing around this location. Could do it for hours! I have never used their online ordering system or curb side pick up... but honestly have no heard good reviews. Which is super shocking since this place and their customer service has been great for me in the past! Maybe get alittle more organized with curb side and ill be ordering online and in store as well!

We just bought furniture and are waiting for it to be delivered but so far so good. The selection in store was decent and the salesman was helpful. It didn’t feel like they were hovering over us. He was just conveniently there to answer a question we asked ourselves. Well played salesman, well played!

We had been invited for the VIP event claiming that everything would be discounted by 35%. We thought it was a good deal. So we went for the event. We liked a bed set which was listed at 3700 before tax. But since we didn't want the dresser and tall cabinet that came with the set we asked if we could get two side tables and the bed only. Considering we are not buying the full set the price would be lower plus the discount. But to our amazement and suprise the rep quoted us a price of 3400. We told the rep that we need to think about the purchase and when we said that he got mad and was quite rude with us. We just walked out of the store. Never again will we ever go to this store. Plus all there offers of discount is a gimmick. Better to avoid and save your hard earned money. Buy from a local store instead you will get a much better deal and similar designs at almost half the cost.

* avoid going to this store * I was shopping at this location about 3 weeks ago for a new place that needed to be completely furnished. I bought a bed, spring boxes. coffee table and a sectional sofa from this location. It was a large transaction, 3500. The sales associate Parvesh Thakur was initially extremely kind and friendly during the transaction. He promised us delivery of the following week (we were shopping on a Saturday and he said he could get them delivered by Wednesday). He told us to complete the transaction and he will take care of the rest. However, this sales associate was the complete opposite once he secured the sale. He never contacted us. Parvesh never followed up with us, our products were 2 weeks late and our delivery appointment was not scheduled. I had to call in sick to work to take this delivery because they were extremely inflexible. I had to call into the store numerous times to figure the delivery of the furniture. He caused a lot of inconvenience and did not follow up once nor did he apologize for the mess he created. Please avoid going to this store!! It is a large store and the customer service is not satisfactory. Many empty promises were made and not followed through with. Additionally, I received the table and the glass doesn't fit the table (it is too big) and the adhesive makes the table look cheap. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I will not not be shopping from here and will not recommend Ashleys, specially the Great Lakes location to anyone! Leons has better customer service and would recommend going there instead. UPDATE: they called me to replace the glass on my table. No apology or compensation for the time they’ve wasted. They don’t take me seriously.
