I ordered from here and the order took months to ship... once I received my order it was packaged so poorly I had three of the spice bags that were broken open. To make it even worse they were missing a whole tub of tandoori spice. I’ve been trying to get the missing item and broken items replaced since they arrived November 16, 2020. Please do not use this store they have the worst customer service I’ve received in possibly forever.

This is a good option to have your asian/Indian Grocery delivered right to doorstep. I've only have then deliver once, but the process was simple and they had alerts and tracking as well. My delivery was a little later than I expected, but given the covid situation that's expected. Happy that I got everything I asked for.

I received an order of 12 items today out of which 9 are expired and one is about to expire in 2 and half months. The shocking thing is the manufacturing date on few of these items is covered with nutrition chart.

Order only if you have no choice! Things that are listed in the website may not be actually available (and that ain't cool)...though a rep calls you and provides alternatives. eg - how about 4L of milk when you have ordered 2 L lol But central idea of online ordering is defeated there itself. Delivery person looked upset for some reason, it was clear in his way of talking. Will mostly not be a returning buyer. Good thing is that they have same day delivery options and free above 100CAD. Overall score not more that 2/5

In our first order, this seemed like a good store to order from because the selection was good, the prices were reasonable, and they called to discuss things they didn't have or that needed substitution. But in our second order, they made some substitutions without checking with us, and they also just skipped sending some things but still charged for them. Things like this happen. But the problem is that the store doesn't have any reliable way to contact them. As others have said, they don't pick up the phone and they hardly ever reply to emails. This means that you can't get problems fixed from them. We decided to switch to another company (there are a couple out there - Fine India Grocers seems to be a more responsive choice right now for us).
