They did not inform us of a \scheduled\ power outage. My mom had a doctor's appointment this morning and we missed it. I also had surgery recently and needed a packing to be changed and because of the power outage I could not take a shower then get my packing changed. I got transferred to six different people and none of them had an answer as to why we were not informed of the outage. Simply put if I was aware i would of made sure my mom was showered and ready to go as well as my self. Not to mention no heat in winter and all the food in the fridge that can risk going bad. A supervisor was supposed to call me and i have as of yet did not receive a phone call. Bottom line if this was a scheduled outage INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS. This is a total lack of professionalism, lack of care and lack of empathy.

Hello I would like to contact your management regarding the service of our orders. I am a licensed electric contractor and am not satisfied with your ordering system. After receiving the referent #, it takes much longer than stated on your website. No one calls back and does not contact the applicant, we have to call you 2-3 times and complete an apoytment. The time stated on the site is not constantly respected. This lock of organization is already tired. I will contact on the government services complaining that you are not coping with your orders. The answers from your telephone service are exactly that (... we have a lot of work ...). I'm not interested in this, I'm interested in my client, and the lead time of my order, and waiting for a whole month from October 15 to November 17 is too mach. You are not alone in our city. We have had several power outages in the Professors Lake area in the last 2 months that are not weather related with no explanation for this incompetence by this company
Three power outages within less than a month and only in my building, half of the building was without power and now no heat and no elevator because they are out of power after the last power outage repair. Terrible service by Alectra.
