Terrible experience with air Canada and their customer service. I lost 348 dollars because their associates dont know how to do their job. I will never use them again. I cant even begin to understand why they cant do a simple thing like refund me. Instead they told me I would get my refund and an email and I never got it. So I dispute with my credit card company. And then they tell the company I cant get a refund. Well, on a recorded conversation, I was told I would get a refund. Pitiful

Horribly company. Booked a flight for me, my wife and 1y old daughter back in August to Canada. Flight was partly operated by Air Canada from Frankfurt. Back in Estonia, flying to Frankfurt we had 3 hand luggages ( 3 tickets ). Frankfurt employee strongly advised to take 1 and put it into baggage area instead. That's where all the problems started. Upon arrival to Canada, hand luggage that we gave to Lufthansa Employee was not found. I spent 2 MONTHS battling both AC and Lufthansa on the phone trying to find by baggage. Lufthansa being extremely rude kept saying they have nothing to do with it cause according to papers it left on AC plane, so i have to speak with AC and if it's lost, demand payment from them. 2 MONTHS and 20 calls/emails later, AC found my luggage to be found in FRANKFURT by LUFTHANSA. Once i received my luggage, it had a paper inside showing the Luggage was originally found 5 days after my flight if FRANKFURT. Lufthansa is horrible, not only they didn't want to help me any way, but once AC found my luggage, i didn't hear a single Sorry from Lufthansa. AC Was also unhelpful. I kept calling them every week and every call i had to repeat same thing, luggage color, what's inside and so on. After 2 months i started strongly pushing and asking for a refund. As soon as i asked for refund, i received a call from AC employee saying my luggage was found and he will call me back to verify. He never called back, i received couple of days later. It was a new hand luggage, now it's full of scratches, damaged and in horribly condition, thank you AC. During all this i never a heard single Sorry from AC. Try to avoid that company.
