Great experience. Jordan was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He allowed me to choose which chair I wanted from a selection and made sure I was comfortable and happy before I made the purchase. I’ve already bought a second for my family and I’ll be recommending him to anyone who’s looking for an aeron. Well worth the drive from downtown Toronto.

crooked seller DO NOT TRUST. will lie to you about the year the chair was made and everything. this guy basically just gets a bunch of non working aeron chairs and frankensteins a working one out of it so its random parts 0 warranty and pure lies. do not trust I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST
DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER. this guy totally lied to me. i purchased a chair from him he had listed on the facebook marketplace. prior to the sale he explicitly confirmed he'd issue a receipt. i intentionally bought a second hand chair to try and support individuals during this time of financial hardship w/covid. i needed a receipt however so i could claim the expense. i am a freelancer, i don't have a steady income. when i asked for the receipt in person he PROMISED he would email it to me as soon as he went back inside. he lied. i've followed up with him every day for a week and he continues to either ignore my texts or reply saying he's going to send it, without ever sending anything. it's a loss for me now because i can't claim it. really disappointed in him and myself for trusting him. maybe you don't need a receipt for the chair you purchase, but if he's willing to lie about that, who knows what else he'll lie about. i'd avoid this seller all together.
