I feel very grateful had an opportunity to work at this company and for having you as my supervisor and mentor. You were so patient with me. Thank you so much. I greatly appreciated that when training me you took the time to break things down to a level that I could understand and then build upon. Assigning work tasks to me that were sometimes quite difficult allowed me to have the chance to expand my knowledge and build confidence in my abilities.I appreciate everything and will remember my time here fondly.

I had my parents tickets cancelled by Etihad 3 times already due to COVID 19 lockdown in India. Anil from A to Z travel helped me to re-booking our tickets multiple times. After a 3rd cancellation, Anil was responding saying Etihad don't have schedule posted to re-book the tickets in October and Etihad told him not to book before October. When I said Etihad website is open for re-book. He said earliest I can get is 18th oct and there will a 50 charge to change each ticket because I changed your tickets 12 times (he changed 3 times only). Etihad clearly announced free change for all tickets till 30 Nov 2020 affected by COVID 19.I had an emergency and want a ticket to submit in government. I called Etihad after discussion (attached text) with Anil and got my parents ticket re-book without any charge for 4th Oct. Etihad also confirmed that i can re-book any time until 30 Nov without any charge. Thanks for Etihad to helped me out in this situation. Anil was saying this is a service fee. This service should be a free as per Etihad for all customer. This is not reasonable in COVID 19 situation. I was a regular customer of A to Z travels. I was always booking my tickets with them in past but now I don't prefer or suggest anyone to use this agency as this is not trustworthy and not helping people as specailly in COVID 19 situation.
Provides honest opinion and options to choose to help take informed decision. They do not rush you into booking, but will genuinely inform you about the deals which ends soon, and if you are absolutely sure then only they will grab the deal for you. Since 2009 I am using their services and am a satisfied customer.
This agency team is definitely professional in my experience. They really do know their stuff and can give you the best possible answer and guidance, not to mention that they're highly responsive so you can expect them to help you 24/7. They're also quite happy to help, which enhanced my experience even more. Overall, their service was great and I would definitely recommend that you go to them for ticket bookings, passport and visa inquiries, or anything regarding travel.
I have known Anil ji for the last 4-5 years and he is the best in this industry. Very nice, very soft spoken and down to earth person and always gives you the best advise. I strongly recommend A2Z travels to everyone.
