They seemed to have a lot on their shelves but nothing I needed. The guy behind the counter was so very unhelpful that it was frustrating. Apparently I had to buy 100's of clips in order to get a few but wasn't sure and he didn't care to look into it. Flanged bolts? Was met with a, 'No'. How do M8 flanged bolts not exist. Fastenal had everything I needed. Definitely will not shop here again.
I don't normally post reviews but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and no one there seems to care. I walked in there in September and gave them a hardware order of 30 separate items. I specified the finish and the grades and told them to ship it to us when they had the order together. Two weeks later I called and was told there were a couple of items still on order but was assured that the order would go out that week. The order did not appear. I followed up the following week and was told they would ship out the order that day. They did not. I went into the city and stopped by their establishment and asked what was going on with my order. One of the gentlemen then started to put together items from the stock on hand, obviously nothing had been ordered or set aside for me. They then told me the rest of the items in particular an item I really required would be in tomorrow and they would ship it out to me. They did not. I have received 12 of the 30 items but I will be returning 3 of them as they are incorrect (wrong grade or type). I have yet to hear from the company about the balance of my order and we are mid November now. I would not recommend this particular branch unless they have the item in stock!

I tried to buy a bolt I needed for a project; Because it cost under 10 they refused to sell it to me. It took me 30 mins to drive there and the faster needed was very specific in dimension and rating. I will never shop here again!
