10 minimum, 2-bit attitude.! I've been going to Brafasco for 20 years. The guys there were always helpful to find me a specialty item, or maybe an unusual size/thread that I couldn't get at the big box store. Now I go in, walk straight ahead and find myself behind the counter. Duh, who designed this layout. Then I'm told there's a 10 minimum, \It's always been that way\. Pony poop, no it frickin' hasn't ! I just walked out with a completely insincere \thanks for thinking of us\ in the background. 100 yards away, I happened to go buy a store that begins with \F\ and ends with \L\. Lovely lady in a hijab got me just what I needed. I guess HD supply is following the TARGET approach to entering the Canadian market.
