Not a very pleasant sales experience. Customer service phone attendant was rude, unhelpful, and brash for no good reason. You'd be better off going elsewhere, including any other Brafasco location. In the end I found what I was looking for at Brafasco Cambridge without the drama or attitude.

Was very helpful in getting me into a new fall arrest harness. and basically next day ordering. I ordered it saturday, and was there first thing monday. will definitely go there again
Great service! They were able to get me a unique piece of hardware next day and significantly cheaper vs. 3 week lead time at other suppliers.
