Been there a couple times for curb-side pick-ups during Jan - Feb 2021 due to the lockdown. The most I've waited is about 15 minutes, the quickest would be about 5-10 minutes, depending on time of days. Associates are always friendly and welcoming. Even when the store opened up end Feb 2021 it was not very busy.

Really great staff, inventory is always stocked. Because it's in Bradford, the amount of people that are in the store at one time is less compared to a city like Vaughan. Great to shop during these times where you want to physically distance as much as possible. Special shout out to the paint staff, who helped me pick the best paint for my garage doors. It was exactly what I needed.

Drove up 45 minute drive to pick up curbside order. Found out it could be up to 24 hours from time of purchase. Spoke to Zach who assured me as long as I have the order number he would do his best to get me my product. And he did I appreciate it thanks Home Depot and thank you Zach for the great customer service! 5 ️️️️️

Came here to pickup a couple of items I paid for online. The instructions in the confirmation email told me to look for pickup zone. The sign was small, easy to miss and posted only when I got to the middle of the building past main entrance. The pickup zone consisted of four parking spots, two on one side and the other two accessible only by backing up onto main driveway or driving around half the lot. After I parked, I was supposed to just press a link in my confirmation email and than put the number of my parking spot, send it, and wait for my stuff to be brought to my car. I waited for 15 min. Nobody came. I put on the mask and went inside looking for Customer Service. There 3 ladies were busy taking to each other. When I asked about my pickup one lady checked her computer, said nothing and went to look for my stuff. Apparently calling them does not let them know that a new customer showed up. After a while I got my merchandise with \sorry for the long wait\. I wonder why somebody waisted time and money for elaborate pickup system which is not used.

Great Home Depot, super friendly staff and very knowledgeable and helpful. Selection and stock are always good. Since the day I moved to Bradford and needed emergency supplies, the team at this store displayed caring and friendly small town customer service in a big box store.
