Looking for 120 degree corner cabinet kitchen hinge. The Bradford store was very helpful in finding the correct product and referred me to another Rona store that had inventory. I will shop there again based on the excellent service I received

Have everything I need ,sometimes have to go to different store but overall great selection.
Worse experience going out in ‘the new norm’. Greeted badly as soon as we walked in. I was trying to be empathetic being an essential worker having worked since the pandemic was declared, but the employee who was at the counter was beyond rude. Let it go because I do understand the anxiety people are feeling. However went the next day because we have always shopped at this particular lumber yard for 35 years and the treatment was worse than the day before. All I can say to the very rude stressed employee is why are you going out to work? And I certainly hope you were not treated the way you’re treating Rona customers when you had to go to get groceries and alcohol!!
I placed an on-line order late Wednesday night and it was ready for pickup Thursday morning. Fast friendly service and they had exactly what I needed.
I am sure most of their employees are nice enough, however, my daughter and I got the biggest most arrogant condescending jerk! Didn’t seem to know the store inventory (very small store) and had to ask someone else.
