Picked up some Kawasaki genuine parts and accessories and chain cleaners. Dave and his staff is amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They dont try to up sell or sell you things you dont need. No pressure as at all from sale staff!!
Im am not a Polaris owner but the service I just received might change that. I am an avid snowmobiler and I have been working with Craig on a parts list for my bosses snowmobile. Due to the ongoing pandemic parts have been on b/o for his 2021 indy. Some damage was done to the a arms(among other parts) leaving it inoperable. Even though this snowmobile was not purchased here, Craig has gone out of his way to source parts including using some take off parts that he has in his showroom. This is the highest level of customer service I have received the recreation industry in years! If I could give a 10 star I would.
Today I was in bind my Exhaust Power Valve cable broke after 10,000 k of hard riding.I replaced the cable myself but the ECM had to be reconfigured for the new cable.The other dealers in my area told me it would be a week (5 min job)before they could look at it.Craig nailed it and was able to squeeze me in 1 hours notice .Now this is customer service! Especially in these troubled times.Now I’m ready for my Wednesday night rip with my buddies.Thanks again.
