Go somewhere else if you care about your PC. Chad had my computer twice and both times barely even used it at all before deciding it was “working fine!”. Still charged me 100 for basically just wiping my computer and reinstalling windows though. The real kicker is when i picked it up he asked several times if id be willing to sell my Graphics card to him so he could use it in someone else’s computer (even tho mine still isnt working) i even got an email which i assumed was him checking in to see how it was working but nope just him trying to salvage the working parts from my PC to resell to someone else. Took my laptop to Chad at The Computer Shop with several issues. Chad repaired it quickly and certainly at a fair price.

The Computer Store in Bracebridge is also a \drop-off\ location for FedEx and UPS. My interaction with them was for this purpose. However, based on the exceptionally courteous, helpful service I received, I would highly recommend doing business here.
