What a disappointing experience. Highly recommend not using their services, this establishment should be embarrassed and disgusted at their Lake Muskoka location. The manager, \Owner's Wife\ was a horrific woman who was gloating that \her and her husband owned the marinas\. Her attitude was belittling and snobby, unaware that we were there to purchase a boat. Her attitude and unfortunate demeanor has lost several customers to date, as we have heard about her. I will personally never purchase or step foot at one of these facilities due to this experience. I hope this review opens them to be kind and compassionate.

Great experience! Worked with Graham Knox who is fantastic! He helped us at every point, very available...navigated any problems that came up and Iin the end we are about to have an amazing boat! I can't say enough positive things about everyone at Pride of Muskoka and the services they offer!
Do not go here unless your buying a boat or storing a boat. Nobody wanted to help us probably because we weren't spending thousands of dollars. All 3 people in front ofphones were socializing with eachother while my father and I waited for a parts person. Parts person said they didnt have it in stock then said she didnt even look it up. Absolutley useless.
We have received the worst customer service from this establishment over the last three years. The management team at Pride is no longer what it has been in the past. Joe Donoghue is especially rude and condescending. Can not recommend this operation.
