After an insurance claim, suggest you request your provider make arrangements with other company/ branch. This local branch cause lots of undue havoc by demanding the car back prematurely, no professionalism or respect to the customers situation by claiming false info. After close to an hour on the phone, lost time at work, , & much undue stress- their bs claims were resolved. Head office was called and an official complaint was made against them. Terrible customer service, money center branch without any area competition.

We rented a car from the Bracebridge office for a month. Our car was super clean and our agent, Meagan K., was an absolute pro. She was a joy to work with and I recommend Enterprise and especially this location in Ontario. They certainly created a WOW experience for this customer!
The insurance is a scam. It cost me 900. You would be very wise to avoid this place. If they can find a way to steal from you, they will.

This place had me get a hour away tell me that I can't rent a car I booked cause I'm 9 km out of the area.. Would not let me talk to manager.. Never would I rent from them with their discusting insensitive staff...
