During essential travel, I noticed an issue with my vehicle while driving. It was a bit of a distance home and I didn't feel comfortable driving that long with my car in that condition. I stopped in Merritt and called Boyd Autobody & Glass and Kelvin picked up. I told him what I thought the issue was (I don't know too much about cars) and he said come to them and he would have someone take a look. When I arrived Kelvin was very professional and friendly and I didn't have to wait at all which was awesome. The mechanic took a thorough look and told me exactly what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable. I wanted to get to home sooner than later, so the mechanic said that he could do a temporary repair. He repaired the car in a timely manner and Kelvin physically showed me what I would need to get done when I arrived home and also gave me an estimate of what it would cost. On top of this great service, the guys were kind enough to do this temporary repair at no cost so I could get home safely. I am so impressed with their business practice and I will definitely be getting future repairs with Boyd. Thank you so much for your kindness!

I was t-boned a few weeks ago causing damage on the front (door) wouldn't open properly, the drivers side of the car had a huge decent and there was other work to be performed around wheel well. They gave a reasonable estimate for the work and I took my car in on Monday. They gave me a courtesy car to use for the week and when I picked up my car yesterday I was shocked to say the least. My car looked brand new, detailed inside and out and they did an amazing job of fixing the damage. My car looks amazing. To add to this any time I dealt with any of the staff they were professional, helpful and polite. I highly reccommend.
They are amazing I popped into the shop to get an idea how much it would cost me to fix my bumper that was flapping around. They not only gave me a quote they also glued it on for me really well so it will stop flapping in the wind. 10/10 didn't expect that but they really did me a solid and thank you!
