I did reparation on the power steering on 1st of june 2020, i had to stop using my tahoe 2004 because eversince i got to Bow-Tie it started leaking oil real bad. So far i prefer believin its the age of the truck but, we are now the 25th of august and i received a call from them telling me i have not paid the reparation and i need to show my receipt. I needed a repair on my truck and i got administrative loops to solve almost 3 months after they haven't quite helped me. I think they might be in trouble and looking for money, beware !

Changed a power steering pump on our truck. Not only the truck is leaking oil to the point we don't use it anymore but they called earlier today. No good news, their system lost their part of the receipt and they needed us to show proof of payment or pay again. BEWARE of weird management like this.
Called back to request us to show receipt or pay again a suspicious work they did 3 month before. I needed to find and show the receipt otherwise i don't know what they wanted to do with the ecovery\...
Was driving through Osoyoos and they looked at my car straight away and solved the problem. Good place.
