Bowness Rink is a fantastic place to go, especially on a date night or with the family. The ice surface is large and well maintained. There are several river paths to go down and the setting is quite beautiful. Highly recommended, especially at night when the decorations and lights are up. You’ll have a very fun time.

Very spacious outdoor skating rink!!! It can occupy 600 skaters in the lake. Fire pits are seen everywhere. There’s a cafe in the prep area and it’s well lit!

Ice was good for recreational skating, large and open pond for 2020 social distancing ice skating. Ice is a bit bumpy but skate-able. Beautiful lighting and fire pit to stay warm and relax.

The lake is lovely for ice skating. The benches and fire are cozy. It was not very crowded and well spaced when we went on Friday morning.
