Welcoming and friendly service. Good food and selection Nice atmosphere Open till late I only ordered for takeout to make sure I get the next ferry sailing, but it would have been nice to dine in, their patio is surely inviting. My mobile data service is struggling in the area and can't get to check the menus, so I walked up to Bowen Island Pub and asked for a take out menu, which was provided. I ordered inside and the service was friendly and welcoming while I was there. I originally planned to order poutine and fish tacos; at cashier, they suggested to upgrade my fish tacos to a meal to include the poutine and save me a little bit of , which was nice. The poutine was surely more than plenty as a side, I also liked the texture since some of its fries are quite crunchy. The fish tacos tasted great and same as the poutine. I would love to dine in here next time I'll be in Bowen Island.

Great Pub, you have to try the Bucket list burger. They have a defibrillator available!
The hostess was the friendliest person we encountered during our visit here yesterday. She was very pleasant and helpful, however once we were seated the rest of the staff were subpar. There was no real interaction with us, basically, we felt unwelcome and like a burden. The overall vibe on the patio was quite boring. The caesars were really good. Love that they put horseradish in them. It was a pleasant surprise that our dog was allowed on the patio (we found many restaurants on Bowen allow this). We ordered the Avocado Smash as it sounded and looked delicious but it was unfortunately very salty.
Great pub, lovely vibe with live music and delicious cocktails! Servers all in masks and very diligent about cleaning/sanitizing. Saw an awesome singer/songwriter, Larry Edward, who sung a mix of covers and originals, really entertaining!
Considering it's the only pub it's decent, wings are amazing and service was great.
