If I could put 0 star I would. Me and my cousin went there bought a coat of 1000 and my sister bought one too. As soon as we went in they were staring at us wondering if we were going to buy. When we said we wanted two coats they changed their ways of talking to us. We didn’t ask for any discount but the man said he wanted to give us discount since we bought 2 coats. My cousin didn’t try out her coat cause we were in hurry and she prefers to try it properly at home. When we cash out they cut the price tag, and we were baffled by that. The man didn’t make sure to tell us about any policy of refund or exchange. We went back after 4 days for asking for exchange since the coat was too big. We bought an XS but the model was somehow too big. The two woman was so so so rude as we went in with the coat. For buying a expensive coat like this I would expect at least a decent service. But we almost got yelled on for bringing back the coat. Since we didn’t want any other coat that was too big we wanted a refund and they said it’s final sale. They never told us when we bought it it’s final sale. She offered us the option of taking a gift card from the shop. We had no choice. I feel disgusted to have to buy to that shop again because of the gift card. They only want to sale.

I went to cancel my purchase within 7 days and the store manager Luc absolutely refused despite my pleas that I have not received it yet and the reason is I did not have enough money in my bank account to pay for it. I emailed him several times and he would not answer. There was no sign in the store stating nonrefundable, No statement of nonrefundable on the receipt nor did he warn me. I am disheartened. He was extremely rude and said I am going to keep your money whether you take the coat or not.
Service excellent, personnels efficaces.
