Boulevard has quite a reputation in Vancouver and I now see why. They have been ranked as one of the top (and the top) restaurant in Vancouver. Food is great; service is fantastic; presentation is flawless; and ambiance is immaculate. Most Vancouver fine dining restaurants feel somehow casual to me but not this one—yet they are not awkwardly formal. Somehow they have managed to appeal to different age groups. For their status, they are not overpriced either—in fact they are very reasonable. I will be back for other occasions!

I was looking for somewhere special to go for my birthday and decided to check out Boulevard. What a great choice! We really spoiled ourselves and got the seafood towel for two, the honey mussels, salad, and sablefish. Everything was so lovely and well put together. Blvd is definitely on the pricer side, but I think it’s worth it for a special night. We ended our meal with the Sesame dessert recommended by Angelina (I hope I’m remembering her name correctly), our server. It was amazing and so was her service! Five layers of awesomeness so delicately put together. You won’t be disappointed with you experience here, that’s for sure. A perfect way to spend a covid birthday.
Great food at high end prices. Fennel pollen in the chowder is brilliant. Have tried brunch, lunch, and dinner service. The staff is top notch and very knowledgeable. Mimosa service at brunch is pretty unique with the amount of choice they offer. Food is great. Seafood is fresh. Everything is as expected from a higher end establishment.
Lovely atmosphere, lighting, and food. Overall smooth experience. They have happy hour here. They have fixed price menus. RSVP recommend especially if it will be busy when you go. It's attached to a hotel.
Happy hour munchies were good. In our dine out menu, the clams and mussels, me and my husband spit them out. Sorry not cooked and smells too fish and it made us feeling bad. Hope you got that by seeing the amount of left over which we didn't bring home. Risotto, the rice, we could feel not cooked properly. For the ppl who also want to park down stairs of the hotel, it was 35 for 1:45 mins. Just note and you can park outside. Maybe trying for regular menu next time. Servers nice.
