Easy store to shop around, with really nice decor and furniture. Very average and reasonable prices. Amazing customer service at this location and the one in Burlington. Had an issue with some dining chairs and the manager was extremely helpful, especially during COVID and right before the holidays. I would highly recommend shopping at this store.

Bouclair hands down has the best customer service. I've been shopping here for over a decade now, and every visit is great. I love the staff makes it known they're available to help without harassing you continuously. What's even better is that their online and in-store experiences offer the same level of service. We purchased a set of lamps, and unfortunately one of them was defective. The lamp was no longer available online, so their customer service representative from their Facebook page (again, this is SO rare! Normally the reps on Facebook aren't helpful) helped me source another lamp and shipped it to me. I had to pay for shipping, which makes complete sense since shipping costs money, especially a concrete lamp lol. I also didn't have to drive 2 hours round trip to pick it up, which would have been way more in gas than I paid for shipping. I had been searching for months for bedside lamps four master, and I am thrilled that I will be able to keep them. Keep it up, Bouclair!

I found most of what I was looking for in this store. Great products, prices are good. Staff is not so friendly. I waited about 15 minutes for someone to show at the counter so I could pay, she was in the back doing something for another customer, that made me feel better. But wow, couldn't get a smile, a hello, or have a good day, nothing.... Hands me my receipt and takes the next person as I am walking away. To bad that customer service is not what it used to be. This girl clearly does not love her job or did not want to be there early Saturday afternoon. I will find another store to shop at from now on.

Beautiful and quality home items. I would recommend this store to those who want an individual look, and Walmart cannot compete with that. Be ready to spend an hour or so browsing !
