5 stars just isn’t enough for this place. We just returned from a 4-night/5-day stay and are already planning when we can come back. Every single staff member (and there are lots - always on hand to help!) was so friendly and pleasant to be around. The meals were absolutely outstanding (full cooked breakfast every morning, delicious lunch and fruit then wonderful dinners and dessert) and they made amazing vegetarian meals for me. The tents were comfortable and spacious with lovely patios and outdoor furniture. There was a sunbathing deck, the yoga deck (classes were brilliant and there are several a day), fire pits (where they’ll build you a fire every evening), a private beach with swimming area, a spacious hot tub and all sorts of thoughtful touches all over the place - from charging points (there is no electricity in the tents but we didn’t miss this at all), water refill stations, bathrooms, great showers and coffee always on hand. We also did an afternoon of rafting which was brilliant. So much fun and well worth the money. Couldn’t have gone any better. Thank you Bryan, Karen and family - hope to see you again soon!

I cannot recommend REO Rafting enough. Myself and two friends planned a last minute getaway and were lucky to find this hidden gem. We stayed two nights in a glamping tent right above the river. The tent was well set up with an outdoor seating area and plenty of room in the tent for 3 adults. We felt very well taken care of by all of staff at the resort – rafting guides, yoga instructors, dining staff, etc. The owner, Bryan, was also a very welcoming and a friendly face we saw often around the resort. The location is stunning, nestled in the mountains right along the river – beautiful and serene place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. The resort was also very well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Even though the resort was fully booked while we were there, we able to enjoy all the facilities that were also very well maintained. During our stay we did a full day of rafting down the Thompson River as it was too late in the season to raft the Nahatlatch– it bit of a drive away, but the staff were super organized and enthusiastic all day making it a great experience. We’re already planning our next visit, and will be recommending to anyone travelling to BC!!

One of the best experiences: 10 out of 5 stars for Bryden for his amazing speaking skills and customer service. The food was good, the camp was clean, rafting was super super fun, fireplace was our favourite place, yoga session was one of its kind. In short, I would say everything was perfect. The only thing that I would say to improve would be to inform customers about road condition so that they can plan and bring their vehicles accordingly. Rafting was way more fun than I thought. Being a non-swimmer, i was scared when I started but after 5 mins of rafting, I was on it. Enjoyed completely. Bryden, I’m sorry that I forgot to tip you at the end of rafting as I got busy in changing clothes etc.

We went to RIO Rafting & Yoga Resort for a day of rafting and had a wonderful experience. It was the highlight of our week away! Right from checking in, to the fabulous lunch, to the rafting and finally the relaxing hot tub, the staff were exceptional and always ready to take care of you. Our experience started with a great lunch served to us at our table overlooking the river. The rafting experience was the best we have ever had and Matt is a funny, witty guide but Karel (Capt. Jack Sparrow) made our day (oh... sorry Matt!) by finding the waves and making the rafting run fun, exiting and memorable. We are planning on a return trip but highly recommend this resort and the time you spend there will be truly unique and memorable.

My partner, some friends and I just came back from this paradise. It is a great place to relax, enjoy & connect with nature and have some adrenaline, fun & zen times in the outdoors. Overall this was an amazing experience: great people, activities, place and food and we will do it again! The main highlight was the rafting though! This was the best rafting we have ever done (we been 3 times before). Great rapids, scenery and amazing staff that took well care of us to make sure we were trained well and confident prior to going into the water. I highly recommend this place; it is totally worth to check it out!

This was a very enjoyable 3 day getaway for my daughter and I. Absolutely loved the setting! 5 star glamping accommodations. Food was well prepared. Fresh air and exercise good for the soul. Yoga instructors and guides for hiking and rafting all went well beyond their call of duty. Thank you

June 28-29/2020: This is the year to experience a back yard gem... We did the "2-day Glamping and Relaxation". Beautiful, clean and fully furnished tents. All you need is your suitcase (swimwear, flashlight and hiking shoes, check). Meals are included. Home-style cooking just like mom did it. Delicious and nutritious, with options for gluten free, allergies and so on. Also a select variety of sponsored beer wine and cider is available with your meal. Whether you are there for rafting, yoga or just to get away, the owners and staff put their heart and soul into making your experience a memorable one. So friendly and helpful. We might return this summer as next year will be busier harder for us to book next year.
