One of the most feeble and illiterate appraisal services in the industry. They spent 11 minutes in a home... were late in delivering the report and undervalued greatly from an appraisal value of the same home 18months ago.... detached homes do not depreciate when kept in good condition. Will never use them again and warn against anyone else using them.

I would look elsewhere if you are needing a home appraisal done. Paid for the service personally and then they refused to provide it to me. No problem taking my money via email transfer to a Gmail address though. Ask for someone else if your lender suggests these guys.
This appraisal firm is professional and their staff are all great. I would not hesitiate to continue to recommend them to clients and those who call me for an appraiser. I have dealt with most of them in Peterborough and this is one of the best.
