Good service
When I came into the store this morning and got to the till I was told "sorry ma'am, I can't serve you". The lady was behind the till and the front door was unlocked, I looked at my phone and it was 7:57... I asked "you can't serve me at 7:57?" to which she responded "yes, I can't serve you because we don't open until 8:00".
The service and product are great
My panini was still half frozen, I took a bite before realizing. When I went back, they took my panini with the bite out of it and put it right back on the grill. Health hazard if you ask me. Was one of my fave places and now I won't go back. Nasty.
