I have been an air liquide costumer for years. My contract is at the Lloydminster. I went to trade in an oxy 44 they gave me a bottle and took my exchange. Now over a year later they say I have an extra bottle which I dont. They forgot to put my exchange into the air liquide system now I owe them for a bottle they lost.

Hours have been corrected, although they are in my opinion short and inconvenient. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I don't know if they are less numbered or ignorant. They hardly answer their phone calls. This not how someone should run a business..TERRIBLE
