Great customer service very nice people. Been coming here for over an year and haven’t had any problems with any of the staff. 10/10 Daniel the pharmacist there is very knowledgeable and respectful he’ll always help you out with any sort of problem. Also the clinic itself is very clean and a good environment

Finding Bonafide Medical Clinic and Pharmacy has helped me and my family so much. The doctors there are amazing whether I see my family Doctor or a walk in doctor they are always so helpful and listen to me. I have NEVER felt rushed at this clinic. They have AMAZING hours, and I have certainly been there on a Sunday afternoon! I have had a blood test requisition and I was able to do it there which saved me hours having to wait at lifelabs! The pharmacy staff are so quick and friendly. The pharmacist there Daniel really cares and explains everything so well. He is so knowledgeable and took the time to get to know me and my family. Overall this is the best experience I have ever had at a medical clinic and pharmacy. Bonafide Medical Clinic and Pharmacy deserves even more than a 5-star!!!!

I had several questions and he took the time to explain everything to me, even though the pharmacy was busy. It is very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this to everyone. Daniel and his team are great. He cares and goes out of his way to help you. If everyone was like this to deal with the world would be a better place. It shouldn't be a rarity to deal with someone that is passionate about what they do and help to create a sense of community but unfortunately it is. I was actually taken aback the first time I came in because I wasn't expecting anything more than a transaction. I hope Bonifide Medical Clinic is rewarded with an abundance of business, they are earning it.

I've been going to this clinic and pharmacy since they opened, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Daniel and his team care and they tell you what you need to know. I see Dr Victoria, she didn't ignore my little complaints about my health, in fact she went above and beyond and potentially saved my life. I think it's not about hearing what you want but getting the information you need to know how to be treated and the whole clinic does that with integrity, dignity and compassion. I wouldn't go anywhere else, just love this team.

Honestly, I haven’t experienced healthcare like this before. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, the pharmacists are as well. Dr. Victoria was able to help me treat things that have been bothering me for years (that other doctors haven’t helped me with at all) in one visit. I’m incredibly pleased with the service here.
