I love this place and the receptionist/owner has always treated me in a professional and polite manner. If you treat people with kindness, they will treat you nicely too. I’ve been to this clinic so many times in the past 10 years that I’ve lived in Bolton...I’ve spent lots of time in the reception area just observing people. It gets old when you have people coming up to the desk saying they’ve been called when they haven’t and they just want to skip the line. Sit down, wait your turn and stop expecting to be babied because you’re not feeling well. And stop taking it so personally that the receptionist doesn’t talk to you on the phone like your mother would.

This clinic has amazing drs and staff. You do feel like you're rushed due to the high volume of patients they see, which is understandable. But as far as service goes, they are dedicated and professional. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

All the comments about the receptionist are blown out of proportion, she’s a nice woman, firm but will answer your questions, and for the amount of people this clinic deals with and the work she does on the front line, what more do you want? Doctors are fantastic and this is a great walk-in clinic, people just expect to be coddled I think

I love this clinic and Dr Leo is by far the best doctor my husband and I have had. For those who posted negative reviews, it is important to understand that it is a very busy place. Having said that I have never been disrespected or spoken to in a rude manner. In fact, they have always done their best to accommodate me. I understand that we all have different experiences but what I have learned in life is that if you give respect then you will receive respect. Thank you Bolton walk in for all you do. Maria and Mark
