We are having problems with our truck. It would not start. Installed new battery, but still would not start. Were told that the alternator is probably defective. Consequently, I rang nine different places, inquiring about purchasing a new alternator. I was not pleased with most of their answers reg. my questions. My conversation, on the phone, with the guy at Bolton Starters and Alternator was very helpful. He told me what was needed, he did not talk down to me , he was cordial, and kind. We took the alternator in to get the new one. Firstly, they confirm that they had the correct one in stock. Then they tested it on two different devices. Fortunately, we were informed that our alternator is not defective, we do not need a new one. WOW!! They took their time and expertise on our part, and did not charge us a penny. We are still shocked that there are good, decent, helpful, people out there. I highly recommended this company. I give it a five STARS. Thanks guys.
