This locations quality has dropped big time. Smaller portions and bland chicken and even their signature sauce is very weak. Osmows is not what it used to be.

When they get it right, the food is amazing. They often do get it right. While they are consistent with the food, they are also consistently disorganized. They need a more efficient system for customers to pick up their food, perhaps calling a number found on the bill. The current method of auctioning off the item by name to whichever disorganized, absent minded customer steps up to claim what he thinks is his order, just isn’t working.
My boyfriend and I are usually big fans of Osmow’s but this location was nothing like other locations. The portion size was drastically smaller then usual, our food was cold on take out. Flavour was off as well. This location doesn’t hold up to its name
This place is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. when I want to go to a good lunch, this place comes immediately to my head. splendid and food and a rich menu.professional staff, and great atmosphere. In addition to that, the expence is modest. I sent my friends to this place with pleasure.
My favorite dish is Chicken Shawarma Salad. Would have given it 5 stars however I think charging 0.75 per topping on a salad when they are free in a wrap is a bit much (I add parsley and turnip). Apart from that the food is delicious.
