I had an internet connection failure on an iPhone 8, and chose MyTech for their competitive pricing and proximity to my home. Very professional and courteous staff, the issue was diagnosed and repaired promptly. Technician was insightful and explained the repair in a manner a layman, such as myself. could easily understand. Would recommend.

On december 15, 2020 i took my phone for repair because i had broken the screen. 2 weeks later my screen came off and the button didn't work, then it came back to work and the microphone stopped working. So I took him back to the store to show that the screen was peeling and he kept my phone for 2 days to finally say that he didn't know how to do anything and that he had surely fallen when he didn't. Very disappointed I don’t recommend.
We brought my daughters significantly broken iPhone in to be repaired. The screen was completely and severely smashed and the home button was broken, we thought it was beyond repair. However he was able to fix it and even had it finished before the day was out and stayed late for us to come pick it up. We also bought a screen protector and he installed it perfectly. Pricing was fantastic. Beyond happy and just wanted to share and say thank you for fixing it and doing such a great job with such great customer service. Thank you!!

He replaced the screen and glass on my unknown Chinese phone and did a great job. Fast forward 8 months and I cracked the screen on my new unknown chinese phone (Umidigi) To make things faster I ordered a new screen from the manufacturer. Within 24 hours he had replaced the screen on my phone. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and he was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend and would give him a 6 star rating if I could. Excellent shop
