I’m a Landscape designer/consultant/installer. I’ve used many disposal services for clean fill for years and years. Essential is glorious. Their office staff is friendly, taking the time to interact on the phone, their drivers bring wood to protect driveways from bin damage and they take the time to call you to let you know when your bin will be picked up. Use this company. They over deliver routinely.

Great service, very professional, were on time and very helpful in selecting the right product for my needs. Definitely will use them again on my next yard/house/garage cleanout.
I originally called another company and they kept giving me excuses about the bin delivery. They told me the driver was stuck in traffic on the 401, four and a half hours later I still had no bin. I called Essential between 4:00-4:30 and requested a bin for the next day, the gentleman told me he can get me a bin for the next day but couldn’t guarantee if it’ll get her before noon but he will try his best. When I went outside at 9:00 am the bin was already sitting there in my driveway with boards under it so it wouldn’t dig in. Great service and I saved their info I’m my contacts so I can use them again next time I need a bin.

I've rented multiple disposal bins to excavate for our home's landscaping project in which we removed about 50 yards of dirt. I also had a couple gravel deliveries. This service is exceptional with the people working there being the highlight. The customer support was great and accommodating. The drivers were all friendly and on time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Essential Disposal.
