Our Boldt pool experience was first rate. From conception to implementation to completion, Greg and his team were professional, diligent and meticulous. All members were attuned to our design parameters, attentive to our questions and concerns, and respectful of our inclusion in all aspects of the construction process. They were true to their timeline, product and price. We would highly recommend the Boldt team.

I have nothing but good things to say about Boldt. They built my dream pool this year. I love all the compliments i get about my pool design and especially the black liner pool color.From the start Greg the pool consultant was great.He made sure everything was right and to my liking. Even the two guys Jacob and Jeremy Who installed my safety cover were awesome. They took extra care to not ruin my freshly landscaped yard while they drilled the holes for the safety cover. They walked me though on how to install and take down the safety cover and answered my questions. Would definitely recommend Boldt from start to finish
Purchased a new Caldera hot tub from Boldt and was very impressed with the team front to back. Dealt with Bill in sales and he answered every question I had and made the process very easy. Got really lucky and had my tub installed within 2 weeks. Jay and his install team were fantastic with a quick and easy install.
Absolutely fantastic customer service. We've been dealing with Adam and we cannot say enough about him and the company. Always quick to respond and address any issues we have. No question is too small and he never makes us feel like we are bothering him. He is a true professional that really puts the customer first. I can honestly say that it has been one of the best customer service relationships we've ever had. Put all that on top of the exceptional work and that is why Boldt is a mainstay here in Niagara. You WILL NOT regret choosing them for all of your outdoor needs.
I never write review but I just can't believe my experience with them. I call and asked for a quote for an above ground pool or on ground(wasn't sure what I wanted) they asked me to measure my yard myself and take pictures of it which I did then e-mailed them. They then said they would get back to me by the end of the day. I heard nothing. I call them back the next day. I told asked them to please send on one out so we could sign papers and pick the pool we wanted. This went on for two weeks then finally a young kids(nice enough)show up talk to us we picked out our pool and wanted to put money down to secure our spot. He then told us we would deal with that later he came with no contract just pamphlets. Weeks later I never heard anything back from him. I sent an email asking if they were too busy I understood because a covid pool sales for crazy. Never heard back from them ever again. Called several times still didn't get back to me. That was my experience. Poor customer service. Don't recommend them
