After years of trying to give up smoking I had no luck at all I could go a day maybe 2 than I was right back at it. On June 26 I decided to try Body and Mind in Windsor Ont. Of course talking to people about how they felt about going this root getting comments like , my friend did it and it did not work. I went anyway. Wow I did followed Rick & Patti Saruma every instructions and I am now smoke free for 18 days and best of all absolutely no desire to smoke. I felt this weekend was a true test for me because while camping with friends I was surrounded by 5 smokers still absolutely no desire as a matter of fact the smell of the smoke was not pleasant at all. 18 days may not seem like a lot but for me, it is how I feel about smoking, will make those 18 day become weeks, months and years Thank you Rick & Patti
