I really like the store good quality items the problem is I just wish they were a little bit less expensive on certain things I find that they're pricing is really high but besides that fantastic place to to shop lots to see there that's for sure.

I bought a pair of shoes on line at Bigley but was contacted by Julia to let me know that they were no longer in stock. After confirming that I wasn't able to take another size/width she offered to contact the manufacturer for me to see if she could order a pair for me. She contacted me within 30 minutes to let me know that this was not possible and promptly refunded my money. Super friendly and prompt and superior customer service. If I can buy from them in the future I definitely will.
