Not local but stopped in, was a lovely store. Awesome selection and was able to chit chat with Bobby for awhile too, seems very honest and not pushy. Can't wait to go back to get some fish! Now we know its worth our hour drive to go

Bobby G's is easily my new favourite aquarium spot. The entire store is sparkling clean and well organized, the tanks are all immaculate and the fish are gorgeous and healthy. What really stands out to me personally though is the customer service! All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help, and you can tell they really care about fish. Seriously, amazing shop. Places like this make me happy to be in the fishkeeping hobby :)

Amazing store 10/10, great service, beautiful fish and reasonable prices. Bobby G and his staff are very friendly and helpful they answered every question I had. I am quite shocked that this store doesn’t have a 5 star rating, the people who gave 1 star reviews have know idea what their talking about.

I'm from out of town, and this place was amazing. The staff was so knowledgeable and they had such a huge variety of fish. 1000% worth the hour drive there and I will definitely be coming back!!

We visited yesterday and I have never had such amazing customer service! Bob stayed over an hour past closing so he could be there when we were in London. We talked for an hour in the store like old friends and the time flew by! His selection is fantastic and the fish are in tip top shape! I have never seen such beautiful discus. They will grow big in our tank! I was so happy to come home with two top quality discus and a colony of blue dream shrimp! He even threw in babies for me. Thank you Bob! We will be back!

Been in and around the fish world for 10 or so years. I’m used to driving to Toronto for selection. Very happy that London finally has a quality shop that’s worth going to. On top of that I was pleasantly surprised to find Will ( an employee there ) that I know from other stores here in London. He is excellent to deal with and has an exceptional amount of knowledge. I’ll def be back knowing he is there
