Brad was extremely helpful in the reconstruction of a Skip Tower for my 1511 Arima. This top weighs less than 50 pounds. Highly recommended.

The owner Brad, is extremely unprofessional and rude. I came in to inquire and book an appointment to have a panel off my soft top repaired, I wanted to book an appointment so I could have the repair done same day as it is winter and I have no where undercover to park my Jeep. He said no need to book an appointment that if I brought the panel in, he assured me it would be available for pick up the following day. I agreed and came back the following week to drop off the panel during some nice weather. When I called the next day towards the end of the business day to see if it was ready, Brad immediately gave me attitude and told me to come pick up the panel not repaired telling me he didn't care if I gave them my business, cursing the entire time. I tried to calmly explain my perspective only to be hung up on. Fortunately, for me, one of the employees Dan, was extremely helpful and called me back to say he would stay late to finish the panel and to apologize on behalf of his boss. Dan was great, but at the end of the day the owner was very disrespectful and unprofessional and so I do not recommend this company.
