First time I had service here. It was incredible. Had a complicated issue with my X5 which required it to be in the shop for about 10 days. My service advisor, Steve, was awesome at keeping in touch and updating me along the way. Extremely transparent and kind service the entire way through. Went above and beyond. I was very impressed. Also, special thanks to my great service tech, Greg, who diagnosed and solved the complex issue. Sarnia BMW- you have yourself a new long-term customer!
Sarnia BMW is the gold standard that all dealerships should strive for. I have been buying vehicles for over 30 years and I have never had such a pleasant experience as I have had with my recent purchase. The honesty and kindness is evident from the second you meet everyone in the dealership. The negotiation process is seamless and extremely fair. Don is by far the best General Sales Manager that I have ever dealt with. The entire staff is friendly and greets you with a welcoming smile. BMW Sarnia is an hour from my home, but it is worth every minute of that drive for the service. If they can maintain anything close to this level of service then they will have a customer for life. I have already started telling all my family and friends so they can experience what buying a car should be like. I have come back to Sarnia BMW due to the fact of the better customer service I am of witness to. I was originally doubtful in dealing with them because of change in ownership. However, after reflecting on this; I am seeing amazing customer service, In particular, I feel that Don Davis the main service specialist is teaching this new generation "attention to detail." Don has shared with his staff, in particular Chloe, Tye, and Steve the importance of excellent car care service. Chloe brings a great expertise from London and we are fortunate to have her in the Sarnia area. As well, both Tye and Steve go about their business in a professional, friendly, efficient manner. Along with this, you can have access to the great shuttle service that Bruce has provided. In closing, when you can recall all of the people that are working as a team they are making a positive impact. I am happy to be going back to Sarnia BMW for their quality care. Thank you
The friendly and knowledgeable staff at Sarnia BMW keep me informed about what’s happening with my my vehicle. Steve in service answers all my questions and went into detail explaining why my engine light was on and what to watch for should the light come on again. My vehicle is always washed and given back cleaner then it was brought in. I leave following my service feeling confident my vehicle was taken care of properly. Keep up the great work Sarnia BMW.
We recently purchased a BMW from Adriano at Sarnia BMW and we were so happy with the service we received. Adriano is extremely knowledgeable and worked so hard to get us the car we wanted.
