My review today is two fold. Firstly I need to say that we have shopped at BMR Winchester for several years. You have a great selection of a wide range of products. The floor staff and cashiers have always been very helpful. This is why I entered the 5 stars above. But - I need to document my last interaction with the elderly lady who works in the Gift section of the store. She brought an item over to me. She was standing within two feet of me. I decided not to buy the item. She said nothing, stared at me, coughed twice, then glared at me, then walked away. This is totally unacceptable behaviour. Although we were both wearing masks - coughing will project farther then talking in close proximity. My family suggested I review you at 1 star because of her. I like your store and appreciate your store - so I would not let one person diminish your good reputation. On the other hand I needed you to know about her blatant action and the possible consequences.

They won't allow a children under 12 to enter. But they don't even have there staff made to wear masks. I'm pretty sure it's mandatory in public spaces. Three staff members without masks solving customers without masks also.
