Very good customer service. I had a meeting with manager there and despite that I did not schedule it in advance, she demonstrated a good knowledge of specific details of the products that they offer and government regulations. I am very satisfied with their quality of service and would recommend it to others.

BMO, overall, offers very poor quality personal banking products, but this branch has always been very kind and polite to me, and I thoroughly enjoy doing my banking here. Their level of service is impeccable, and I really enjoy doing my banking with the hard-of-hearing teller (sorry! I don't remember your name!), as its always really fun to type on that little device they have for communication.

William makes my banking fun and personable. I know that he remembers me when I come in and it makes such a difference to have the personal touch. Thanks! Recently, I had to go in to the branch to have an error fixed that the bank had made. I was helped by Eniko, who was so attentive and persistant in making sure I was taken care of. She has all the traits I would expect for a branch manager and more! Thank you so much for the great customer service!

I'm afraid having an answering machine has become a HUGE crutch! No one ever bothers to pick up the phone. I've been calling for 4 hours - I need information fairly quickly, but the voice tree doesn't allow you to defer to any person in the branch, your choices are that you must either know someone specific there or you get stuck with the great call centre pit. I'm doing this as a favor for a friend, this is exactly why I do not deal with BMO, no accountability to anyone other than themselves.
