I'll drive 35 minutes to downtown Windsor instead of dealing with this branch walking distance from my house. Had the most unprofessional interaction at this branch with the branch manager. I inquired about an issue with my mortgage and could not receive a straight answer from the manager, she contradicted herself on 2 occasions about 2 big issues I had, had to start over about 3 times, couldn't give me a solid explananation and laughed in my face. I'm not sure what she thought was funny, I'm looking into an issue regarding my hard earned money and the branch manager takes it as a joke! I will be taking my business else where.

Recently my parents ran into some trouble with one of their credit cards while out of country. I was able to get a hold of Karen, the branch manager and she went above and beyond to help out - much appreciated!
