Hey, if you are to ski in Ontario, why not spend the time on the largest public ski access point in the province. With 40 trails and dedicated freestyle terrain parks, BM has some of the best skiing & snowboarding that large US backed corporation money can buy This place does get busy so if you are a true snow junkie and want to get as many runs/hour under boots as possible, go early and bail out hard in the afternoon when the lines or parking lots get too full. 57 members get free shuttle anywhere around the various sides of the hill if you do find yourself in a snowbank in the overflow parking and want to save your legs for the slopes! Ski hard, ski smart folks. People like helmets now, they are probably a good idea too. There's alot cool shops in the village and decent restaurants. Follow your nose and you will be able to discern the better establishments. There's always Starbucks, Subway, Pizza Pizza, and Pita Something for the skiers and boarders on a budget! Mind the 4/water and bring a refillable water bottle to leave in the

Blue Mountain is a great village! It’s a village that includes: restaurants, clothing shops; especially for skiing, grocery, and many more. Being a skier, I come here all the time if I’m staying a few nights at Blue Mountain. There is a large variety of restaurants making you have a pretty good choice. Overall, Blue Mountain village makes you feel like your at an actual mountain resort.
Well worth the drive from Toronto - this quaint small town in the middle of no where has a character of its own. Well known in the region as one of the premier skiing getaways in Eastern Canada - you won't be disappointed. The small commercial area adjoining the Blue Mountain Resort offer a wide range of shopping options as well as international cuisines to try out.
It was a great place to visit during holiday season. It would be great if pandemic is not around. I would probably enjoy that much. Have to wear mask indoor and outdoor. It was really a fun night seeing the beautiful lights around the village. You have a chance seeing Santa depends on time.
Normally I’d give the village a 5 star as I’ve been coming here since a kid, but since covid it’s turned into a free for all. The “mask at all times rule” isn’t enforced by anyone. And people in the village do what ever they want. If they’re going to have 800 plus people walking around closer then 6’ then the rules simply should be enforced by Blue Mountain staff.
