They are pretty good with the service once you get inside the building—no problem at all. but the process of getting in is horrible. No appointment no nothing. Go Stand in a line at 3AM if you want your application submitted around 11AM and the time they open at 8AM, there will be couple hundreds people already.

Don't go with the Postal Service. There is no way to contact them to get an update on your application. Submitted applications since Nov 16, 2020. Upon asking resent new application forms but no update at all. the tracking shows my documents are delivered to a long back but there is no updates on my application. I am trying to track my application on their website but that also shows no record found. Sent bunch of emails but no reply at all. I am trying to connect on their contact number but none of there contact numbers are in service. I don't think so they pay telephone bill at all. I tried all zones phone number of Canada but same message. Not in service. I raised the support ticket as well but there is no update on that. We really need our new passports back. I was not expecting this kind of worst service. I hope BLS will treat my feedback as important and try to improve their service in terms of Postal application at-least applicant should be able to connect with BLS over phone, support system or email to get an update about application.
***First thing**Go to the security guard and get your **token** first. I waited in line around half hr then someone told me that you have to get a token. Service is great Polite and helpful .
The Consulate General of India website directs indian citizens to use your service exclusively, especially in cases of police verification, where they don't do emergency service anymore. With the exclusivity, one would expect to receive professionally seamless service. But I have experienced such service that leaves me totally frustrated. I can't even track my pcc that BLS claims to have mailed 5 days ago, because Canadian post says the tracking number is invalid. When tried to reach on the phone, 1/100 times the automated menu comes in, 99/100 it doesn't connect, but I haven't yet spoken to a human, who can help me.
I have been to bls office for number of times . I would say they do their best but it can always be improved. Just in covid , it was my third visit here. Document submission time is 8-2 pm even though google shows different hours . Safety measures are taken as per distancing n protection shields. Only one or two people working right now so keep extra time on sleeves to get your job done.
