Hired Bliss Maid for a move out clean for an empty 3000sqft house, charged 5 hrs @ hourly rate for 2 cleaners. When I dropped in only one employee was present, I stayed until other employee returned 30 mins later, not sure how long they were gone. Was invoiced for full time 2 cleaners, had to dispute it. Poor attention to detail - entryway floor was still dirty (first thing customer sees), carpeted stair corners still had debris, etc. Most of house was cleaned well, disappointing that I had to police time and finish the clean after spending a lot of money with this cleaning service. Would not recommend.
