Sherry is fantastic and customer friendly. She knows and understands it. However, there were delays from production location in Montreal due to pandemic which is understandable.. I got my blinds and they have been installed. Thank you.

Got there and since during Covid-19, we were givin free face mask and sanitizer at the door. We waited about 10mins until Yan had the chance to help us. We knew what we had in mind, and he helped us quickly in choosing the best colour and blind density that fits best for our windows scenario. We own a business so we had to be outta there quickly, so helped us nice and quick, store discount and honest opinions to get the most ideal roller blinds. We made our deposit and we were out of the store. Great place to be at when choosing blinds, actually been at this location before to purchase for my house as well. Still works like new.
Called and left a message, when they were closed. Received a call back the next morning when they opened. Explained what I needed and the size. Order was taken and paid for over the phone. Received a text that my order was ready in 5 days. Picked them up and I stalled them. Quick, easy and painless. I'm going to order some more for other windows in the house. Definately will recommend to friends and family.
