We bought all of our blinds from this location 13 years ago and quality was great. We decided to replace 6 of them. Polly sales rep was great. Due to COVID we could not go to store so she helped us over the phone to pick the style. When I received the blinds and opened the box, the metal bar at the bottom of two of them was completely out and it was extremely hard to put them back they glued the sides of fabric to hold this heavy bar in place which obviously can not hold it. still the bottom does not look good. With the price I paid I expected much better quality. I hope they last like the other ones I bought originally.

Purchasing blinds from Blinds To Go Richmond Hill was a horrible decision. I purchased faux wood blinds initially that the sales person should have advised me NOT to do because of the size and weight. They were installed and some were uneven and warped. I was also not advised of how many strings would be dangling on the side any how ridiculous they would look. After a few weeks I called the store manager Wendy and went in to choose an alternate style because they would not agree to a refund. They wanted to charge me the same amount for 3 out of the 4 windows initially done. I asked her to call head office. A week after that, after not hearing from Wendy, I went back to the store to out find head office did not agree to give me any credit. I spent another hour in the store on the phone with head office before they FINALLY agreed to refund the price of the window they were not going to redo. Their customer service skills are horrible and they lack product knowledge! I definitely expected much better service from the store manager!!! Everything that went wrong could have been avoided if their staff had proper product knowledge to begin with. The one single employee worth a positive mention in any of this experience was Mike the installer!

I came here on a saturday afternoon. I worked with Fatema, She was sweet, helpful and patient. Customer Service was great the only downfall is due to covid... it will take about 2month before i get my blinds. :( but the price was good because they had a deal.
