Great customer service, very efficient and installed within the time frame suggested. We love the blinds and get compliments on how it has changed the way the house looks. Tina and Tony are both very professional and great to deal with!

If you do not know where to get your shades from, then Blind express is the best place. I have got zebra shades and and they are stylish with high quality. The service is excellent. Tony and his team were very helpful starting with a consultation session, then measuring and installation. I had a great experience.
Had to call when they came to measure windows because they forgot about our appointment. They told us come to showroom Tuesday or Wednesday between 11 and 1 to see blinds and order. Then when we went to their showroom on Wednesday at 11 to order blinds they where not there and said appointment only when we called and hung up on us twice. They then told me and my 77 year old grandmother to sit and wait for them but they don't know when they will be back even though its -11 outside.
We had a great experience with Blind Express. They were professional, provided recommendations on their products, and did a phenomenal job with installation. We couldn't be more happy with how the blinds have transformed the look of our house. Highly recommended.
Good quality blinds. But I am very disappointed with two aspects: (1) I paid extra to get the longer tilt cord (which will soon be discontinued due to child safety). But I received blinds with the standard length cord. I am only 5' tall, and have to stand on a stool to change the slant of these blinds. 2) I waffled between ordering the easy lift or push button mechanism for raising and lowering. I selected the easy lift, but find it very stiff and difficult to lower the blinds. I wish I had gotten the push button control. The blinds are lovely to look at, but mostly stay in one position because they are too difficult for me to change the slant or to lower.
