Holy Moly

Not impressed by the customer service at the cosmetic counter. As the clerk was busy with a customer I was wanting to purchase perfume. Clerk turned around and asked if I was looking for perfume. I replied yes but not as expensive as I just picked up perfume listed price of 157. She stated perfume available in an aisle for 12.99. As she was busy I went to look at the aisle where it may be. I came back to speak to her and she was busy speaking to her colleague. The customer she had finished with previously came back to purchase buns and she helped her yet again and totally not acknowledging me. She lost the 157 sale. What the clerk should have stated IMHO I'll be with you in a moment. If I ever come back I will not be stepping into this store Optimum Points or not.

The staff up front is great, wish I could say the same for the pharmacy . I'm only reviewing the staff up front, otherwise this would be zero. That being said there are a few good people in the pharmacy but one or two people just ruin it for the rest of them.

You need an appointment to get a flu shot..... Oh no you don't come on in.... We don't take walk in's you need to make an appointment online.... You don't need no stinking appointment. Buy am Xbox online card but they fail to activate it but will not honour that mistake. Monkeys could run this place better. I only give it one star because I can't give zero.
