I would like to express how professional and experienced the fellow who drew my blood was and to the speed at which it was executed ! My new go to clinic with courteous reception and pleasant personnel. I felt very confident in their abilities and am extremely satisfied with the service they provide. I highly recommend this clinic .

They need to work on their client service skills. I felt disrespected and was talked to with an attitude and when I expressed my dissatisfaction they could not care less. This clinic will never have me again as a pacient. No wonder the appointments are available all the time... I chose the clinic based on the good reviews here. I wonder why my experience was so different: were the reviews untrue, did they change so much or did they discriminated against me? Later edit (following the response ). I went to this clinic a few weeks ago, very good service, very clean and extremely safe to go. I liked that they only allow inside the building one patient at the time, you have to clean your hands and put a face mask before to get in, the nurse was very nice and the receptionist very efficient, I asked for a submission for 2 different tests and I got it the same day, while other clinics that I asked for a submission took days before even replying to my e-mail and questions.

Meilleure clinique Mon infirmier à été plus que patient avec moi. Moi qui a une phobie pour le nettoyage d'oreille ça dû lui prendre un bon 45 mins pour être capable de finalisé sont débouchage d'oreille.
